Children's Ministries
From 2005 through 2007, Robert and Becky directed the Children's Ministries of Cibolo Valley Baptist Church in Cibolo, Texas. We were responsible for Children's Church, Sunday evening discipleship, Vacation Bible School, and Wednesday evening outreach. The entire children's program, named CLICK, which stands for Children Living in Christ's Kingdom. Attendance at CLICK doubled and generated significant excitement each week.
In 1987, at the age of 17, Robert was the Director of Children's Church for Town East Baptist Church for nearly 4 years.
Prior to working in the Children's Ministries at Cibolo Valley Baptist Church, both Robert and Becky have worked, in other churches, in Sunday School, Children's Church, Sunday evening discipleship, Awana, and virtually every aspect of church ministry and administration.

Youth Ministries
From 1996 to 2001, Robert and Becky directed the Youth Ministry of Calvary Baptist Church of New Braunfels, Texas. Known as Youth Under Christ, or YUC, we ministered to roughly 20-25 students from diverse backgrounds.
Special Music
For over 25 years, Robert has been singing special music, both in solos or in groups. Over these past 25 years, Robert has collected a vast repository of music for all types of occasions. Robert's passionate presentation of special music will be a welcome addition to your event -- from Sunday morning / Sunday evening concerts to revivals, holiday observances, weddings and other special occasions,
Robert has also authored PowerPoint accompaniment for several songs and also utilizes DVD accompaniments as well.

Robert's first CD, Touch of the Master's Hand, is currently in development.
Becky and Timothy accompany Robert and have begun their own solos as well. Sarah and Lauren are learning to "make a joyful noise."

Robert is also a member of the Singing Men of South Texas (SMOST), a group of music ministers from churches throughout the South Texas area under the direction of Tommy Lyons for over 25 years. SMOST meets once a month and provides a free concert at a Baptist Church in South Texas. Click here for the latest schedule and for more information.
Robert also sings at the Grand Ole Gospel Sing periodically. This concert occurs on the first Sunday of the month and is held at Texas Old Town in Kyle, Texas. The Grand Ole Gospel Sing also hits the road, and Robert is usually in concert. You can find the latest schedule and more information here.
Church Demographic Consulting
In the story of the Good Samaritan, the young man asked Jesus, "Who is my neighbor?" Many churches today have never bothered to ask that question, instead relying on "If we build it, they will come." In today's society, it is imperative that churches not only understand the people around their campus, but also the people who are visiting the church, and also make up the church body.
Robert can help you gain a better understanding of both. Using data from the Census bureau and other demographic sources, Robert can stimulate your church's ministry team to strategically plan your church's outreach to meet the needs of your "neighbors."
